Originally designed for a property located in Samford Valley QLD, the two-bedroom 60-square-metre Lincoln has a strong Japanese aesthetic – with timber-battened screens creating both privacy as well as diffusing the Queensland light. While the scale is marginally smaller than the Lincoln 2 bed 80sqm, the finishes used for this house are considerably moodier – with dark charcoal grey joinery in areas such as the kitchen; a material selection available in our deluxe package modern style schedule. To add warmth and connection to the deck, spotted gum timber floors feature internally and externally in this home, which extend to the base of the kitchen’s island bench. As with the majority of the Lincoln designs, there are louvred glass windows and large sliding doors to the decks that allow for the continual circulation of air.
